The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kano State has recorded a powerful turnout of voters accumulating their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) throughout the 44 native authorities areas of the state.
The fee mentioned each newly issued PVCs and beforehand uncollected playing cards have been being collected by eligible voters.
The Public Relations Officer of INEC in Kano, Nahila Bello Dandago, who disclosed this to Daily Trust mentioned the fee deployed 171,000 PVCs in the primary batch for distribution.
