A spokesperson for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, Alwan Hassan, has alleged that some ministers pay billions of naira to safe appointments and subsequently search to recuperate the cash after assuming workplace.
Speaking throughout an interview on Arise Television, Hassan argued that Tinubu’s direct involvement in spending choices was preferable to entrusting ministers with management over authorities funds, citing what he described as a longstanding drawback of corruption amongst public officers.
The dialogue adopted questions on how the Federal Government meant to finance its price range amid considerations over income shortfalls and whether or not approving budgets with out ample funds to implement them undermined the aim of the train.
