Arise News Television presenter Rufai Oseni has defined why he considers the Federal Government’s latest petrol value discount a reintroduction of gasoline subsidy.

The transfer has attracted criticism from opposition figures, who accused the President Bola Tinubu-led administration of subtly reintroducing the gasoline subsidy eliminated on May 27, 2023.
