The Court of Appeal in Finland has decreased Simon Ekpa’s six-year jail term to 4 years.
PREMIUM TIMES reported that the Päijät-Häme District Court in Finland, final 12 months, sentenced Mr Ekpa to 6 years in jail after discovering him responsible of terrorism-related fees.
Apart from terrorism, the Finnish court additionally convicted Mr Ekpa of “aggravated tax fraud.”
But Mr Ekpa appealed the judgement at the next court.

Delivering judgement on Thursday, the enchantment court upheld the choice by Päijät-Häme District Court which discovered the Biafra agitator responsible of terrorism.
The court, nonetheless, ordered the discount of the six-year jail term imposed on the convict to 4 years, Yle, a Finnish newspaper, reported.
