Popular rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, often known as Odumodublvck, has alleged that some artistes use voodoo to safe hit songs within the Nigerian music business.
Speaking in an episode of the Tea With Tay podcast, Odumodublvck stated it’s exhausting to get a hit tune, stressing that some artistes by no means get a single hit tune all through their careers.
He praised Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido for persistently dropping hits through the years.
“Getting a hit tune is just not straightforward. Sometimes folks even do jazz to get one. That is why you see some artists crashing out once they battle to get a hit.
“Burna Boy, Wizkid and Davido have been dropping hit songs persistently for years.
“You have to respect that. Some artistes by no means get a hit tune all through their careers,” he said.
