Shell Petroleum B.V. has signed an settlement to promote its curiosity within the Shell Nigeria Gas Group to Nigerian power firm, Vaaris Energy Limited.
The firm which has operated in Nigeria’s domestic gas distribution for 25 years mentioned the settlement gives a stronger platform for the enterprise’ subsequent chapter below new possession.
