The Kano State Fire Service has recovered the body of a 42-year-old man, Sani Uba Kwaru, from an open water at Dan Agundi, Kano.
The service mentioned it obtained a misery name from one Hamisu Muhammad at about 1pm on Monday, reporting {that a} man had fallen into the water.
In a press release, the service’s Public Relations Officer, PFO Kabiru Isah Jafar, mentioned its rescue workforce mobilised to the scene and recovered Kwaru unconscious.
The service urged residents to train warning round open water and different doubtlessly harmful areas.
