The Labour Party has tackled President Bola Tinubu over his plan to skip marketing campaign excursions forward of the 2027 presidential election, describing the choice as callous and disrespectful to Nigerians.
Recall, President Tinubu had stated on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, whereas inaugurating the APC Presidential Campaign Council on the Presidential Villa, Abuja, that he wouldn’t be a part of the marketing campaign workforce on each tour of nationwide campaigns as a result of governance should proceed.
