A Kano State High Court has discharged and acquitted a 35-year-old man, Inusa Rabo, charged with culpable homicide over the loss of life of 55-year-old Sa’idu Haruna.
Rabo, of Kadawa Quarters in Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area of Kano, was charged beneath Section 221 of the Penal Code over the incident of September 1, 2024.
Delivering judgment on Wednesday, Justice Fatima Adamu held that the prosecution did not show the case past cheap doubt.
