Access Holdings Plc has introduced the retirement of Olanrewaju Bamisebi as Executive Director, Information Technology and Digitalisation, following the expiration of his time period contract.
The retirement took impact on 30 September, in accordance with a regulatory submitting by the monetary holding firm, signed by Sunday Ekwochi, the group firm secretary on Friday.
The firm mentioned the retirement would guarantee compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) Corporate Governance Guidelines for Financial Holding Companies in Nigeria.
Under the rules, a monetary holding firm is permitted to have a most of two executive administrators: the managing director/chief executive officer and one different executive director, who have to be the chief monetary officer, topic to the CBN’s approval.
Access Holdings mentioned its board appreciated Mr Bamisebi’s contributions to the digital transformation and progress of the Access Group throughout his tenure.
