The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has introduced the structure of its National Campaign Council for the 2027 basic elections.
According to the announcement on the celebration’s Whatsapp platform, the National Campaign Council will present strategic management, coordinate marketing campaign actions throughout the nation, and drive the mobilisation of Nigerians behind the celebration’s imaginative and prescient of a brand new, simply, and affluent Nigeria.
The Council will work beneath the chairmanship of the NDC National Leader, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson as Chairman, Presidential candidate of the celebration, Peter Obi as Co-chairman; NDC National Chairman, Senator Cleopas Moses Zuwoghe – Vice Chairman; vice presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Co-vice Chairman.
According to the record, Mallam Ibrahim Hussain Abdulkarim is the Director-General, NDC National Secretary, Council Secretary, Ikenna Morgan Enekweizu will function Council Secretary; former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal is the Chairman of the Campaign Advisory Council; former Governor Sam Egwu is Vice Chairman of the Advisory Council; Prof. Pat Utomi is representing Delta within the Council whereas former Governor Achike Udenwa is Imo state consultant.
The Campaign Council additionally has Major General John Enenche(Rtd) as Director of Security; NDC National Publicity Secretary, Osa Director will function Council Director of Communication and Media; Ikeddi Isiguzo, Deputy Director of Communication and Media; Constance Ikokwu, Campaign Spokesperson.
