The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has confirmed the loss of life of 11 individuals in a multiple-vehicle crash involving a trailer, two automobiles and 5 bikes in Kumo, Akko Local Government Area of Gombe State.
The accident occurred at Tashan Magarya Junction alongside the Gombe–Billiri highway, leaving a number of different individuals injured, in keeping with an FRSC incident report.
The report attributed the crash to brake failure, which allegedly brought about the driving force of a DAF trailer travelling from Gombe in the direction of Yola to lose management and ram into two Volkswagen Golf automobiles and 5 bikes.
